Experience the best of both worlds with a short 10 min drive to Folly Beach and 12 mins to Downtown. Our full kitchen and bath provide convenience, while the large, shaded, fenced-in backyard is perfect for creating memories with family and friends. For added fun, we offer beach chairs, towels, and a Bluetooth stereo. This spacious, well designed apartment offers a full kitchen with all the essentials, comfortable tiled shower with bench seat, rain shower-head, and detachable shower-head, easy key-code access, Wifi, two flat screen smart TV's, shared laundry room, inside and outside seating areas, and ample space in the large shady backyard to play and entertain. For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. **Please note that road construction is currently underway on our street. While it has not been a major issue, occasional noise and slight traffic disruptions are possible. Car, Uber, Bike There are three rental units on the property that may be housing other guests during your stay. The units are all separate with designated outdoor areas and parking, but are on the same half acre property so please be courteous of others. The Island Hideout is the unit attached to the front house located on ground level. There are cameras located at the front exterior entrance and and over the backyard. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
