The house is a few minutes from Downtown and less than 10 minutes from Folly Beach, with all the amenities of high-end boutique hotels but with much more space. Newly renovated bathrooms, TWO living rooms with large flatscreen TVs and a Sonos wireless soundsystem all contribute to a luxury experience, perfect for small groups and families— plus, an outdoor shower! For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. Guests have access to the entire home, Spacious backyard with great outdoor living space, and off street parking for 4-5 vehicles. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and affordable. There are also local yellow cabs, limo services, and a public transit. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). There are cameras located at the exterior entrance. Beautiful home in charming area close to everything. Only regret I couldn't stay longer. Would definitely be top of the list if I get back.
It was in a quiet location. We had all the utensils we needed to cook.The hosts responded very quickly to our requests.
My mom and I stayed here while attending a friends baby shower. David and Deidra do a great job of proactively texting and reaching out to ensure customer satisfaction and I don’t think they could possibly do a better job of that. The house is as described. Decent location to downtown and large enough to sleep 6 comfortably, likely more. Clean to expectation. Honestly, for two people, I just found this to be over priced. It has some cute features but is outdated and worn in areas which amount to it feeling expensive if not staying with a group. There was some lights out and creaking throughout the house which kept us up but otherwise, nothing overtly wrong, just an overall vibe and condition that was less than I expected for the price. Again, could be fine for a group but if only 2-3 people, would favor something else.
